Return Eligibility & Time Limit

Customers can apply for returns or refunds within 30 days after receiving the products. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and complete packaging, and resalable. Products with quality problems, damage during transportation or wrong delivery are eligible for free return, exchange or full refund.

The following situations are not eligible for return or refund: worn, washed, stained, damaged items caused by personal use; missing original tags or packaging; manually modified products; products damaged by improper maintenance.

Refund Rules

Quality-related Returns: If the items have quality defects, damage or delivery errors, we will bear the return shipping cost. Full refund or replacement will be arranged within 3–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

Personal Reason Returns: Returns due to inappropriate size, personal dislike or unnecessary purchase are acceptable if products meet return conditions. Customers shall be responsible for return shipping fees. We will refund the product price after confirming the intact condition of returned items.

Return Process

1. Submit a return request within the valid return period and describe the product condition and return reason.

2. Provide required evidence such as product photos or videos.

3. Wait for official approval and send back the items according to the specified return address.

4. Refund or replacement will be processed after inspection and confirmation.

Refund Time

After return confirmation, refunds will be initiated within 3–7 working days. The actual arrival time depends on the processing rules of your payment platform and bank. We are not responsible for third-party fund arrival delays.
